Digital plans and e-books
Because e-books are delivered digitally and can be downloaded immediately, plans are generally non-refundable once you have downloaded any e-book. By downloading, you agree that you are starting to receive digital content and that your right to cancel may be lost, to the extent the law allows.
\nWhen we will refund you
\n- You were charged but your plan was not activated and we cannot fix it.
- You were charged twice for the same plan.
- A file is faulty and we cannot provide a working copy.
Please contact us within 14 days of payment through our contact page with your account email and payment reference.
\nShop products
Products are sold and shipped by third-party retailers (for example Amazon). Returns and refunds for those orders are handled under the retailer's policy.
\nHow refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent using the same method you paid with, where possible.
